Program Specifics:
- 5 Week program
- Individual skill development
- The Varsity programs drills will be taught and implemented to hit the ground running this upcoming spring
- Offensive and Defensive team concepts
- No more than 8-1 player to coach ratio for optimal development
- This program is designed to help foster cohesion between players and to assist in the growth and development of the Varsity team
