Health and Wellness program: Yoga for Athletes

This program’s foundation is to improve an athlete’s ability to compete mentally and physically.

We are proud to announce Ashley Quinn as our Health and Wellness program director!

Ashley is the head coach at the Kent Place school and played collegiately at Loyola University of Maryland.

Yoga for Athletes:
Enhance athletic performance, prevent injuries, and increase flexibility through the practice of yoga.
Learn how to focus more effectively, worry less, stay present, and increase your ability to respond and react quickly through mindfulness and simple meditation.
